Caravans: Caravan cushions re-foamed, repaired, or remade. We have a wide choice of materials for you to choose from or we will use your own. Shaped cushions, buttoned and piped cushion, plain or boxed cushions. we also do zip repairs. All materials used will comply will British Standard fire regulation.

Foam settee’s chairs and footstools: Furniture made completely from fire retardant foam and fabric. Strong soft and safe with removable covers.

Domestic: Foam for settee and chairs cushions, dining chair pads, window seats, Memory foam mattress toppers, headboards, cushions, bedding boxes andtoy box tops.

Memory Foam Mattress Toppers: Visco-Elastic Cellular Polymer, memory foam mattress toppers.  Transform your bed with a topper.

Upholstery:  Quotation given on request, all work carried out will be of the highest standard and comply to British Standard fire retardant regulations. We will use your own cloth or choose from our numerous fabric swatches.

Upholstery Sundries: Buttons covered in your own cloth, webbing, stockinet, terylene, material, zig zag spring, hook & loop, turn buttons, lift the dots, shock cord, chain zip and runners, rope, etc. etc.

Insulated PVC sheets: These sheets are used as concrete bed covers and help to cure wet concrete by keeping out heat/cold & wet. Logo’s can be stencilled on if required.

Pipe pigs: Large cylinder shaped foam with PVC attached to one end. They are used in industry to clean out large pipes or to protect new ones in transit. The foam used is usually of a heavier grade than the type used for medical bungs. We would cut these out on a special machine to your required diameter.

Pharmaceutical swabs: Foam swabs made in various sizes, usually square or oblong, for use in operations and dressings. This foam is autoclavable and is suitable for sterile packs.

Wads and bungs : These cylinder shape foams are used for tablet bottles and test tube bungs. They come in various standard diameters and depths( usually sold by the 1,000.) . None standard sizes available on request and purchase of a cutting tool.

Pressed out shapes and case inserts: With the use of a cutting tool we can press out shapes and holes to suit your needs. These cover many uses and types of foam from simulated sea sponge for your bath room to fitting out cases for expensive medical and camera equipment. We can also laminate the foam with coloured brushed nylon for presentation as used in jewellery boxes etc.

Soft play and light room equipment:  We make soft play floor and wall mats for full or part rooms and various soft play shapes and objects. This foam is covered with bright coloured PVC to your requirements. White PVC covered foam mats and shapes are usually used in Light Rooms for the visually impaired and are made on request.
